Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and multitask
  • willingness to comply with all health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Prior bartending experience preferred
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • teamwork skills
  • attention to detail
  • knowledge of standard drink recipes
  • basic math skills for handling cash and POS systems

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening, restock limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standards using recipes, glassware, and garnishes
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
  • ensure customers are well cared for, offer drink refills and remove unused items
  • deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
