Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • ability to work effectively in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as a bartender or in a customer-facing hospitality role preferred
  • strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • proficiency in using POS systems
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and perform limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all beverages according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure the customer is well attended, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
  • deliver and settle the check promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
