Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in bartending or customer service
Ability to follow detailed recipes and procedures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties

Master alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes to consistently deliver high-quality drinks
Provide genuine hospitality and exceptional guest service at the bar
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest and team member touchpoints
Manage bar inventory and ensure timely replenishment of supplies
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance the overall dining experience
Observe and comply with all safety and sanitation policies
Engage with guests to create a welcoming and friendly environment
