Job Requirements
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent providing required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Minimum one year full service restaurant experience
- Ability to obtain government required licenses or certificates
- Maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- Adhere to company rules, sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work varying schedules to meet business needs
Job Qualifications
- High school education preferred
- Minimum one year full service restaurant experience
- Ability to obtain any government required licenses or certificates including local health department certification and state liquor control board certificate
- CPR certification and/or first aid training preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of menu and food/beverage items
- Friendly and flexible personality
Job Duties
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Outgoing, friendly and courteous demeanor
- Attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
- Ensure all alcoholic and specialty beverages are created with correct ingredients, portions, and procedures
- Assist guests in selecting food and beverages by presenting menu and suggesting cocktails
- Address guests' special dietary needs and special requests
- Serve orders by picking up and delivering guests' choices
- Maintain table setting including removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling beverages
- Conclude dining experience by acknowledging guests, thanking them and inviting them to return
- Deliver bill in a timely manner and accurately process payment
- Interact positively with staff and guests to achieve 100% guest satisfaction
- Assist in other essential FOH duties such as answering phones, taking to go orders, accepting reservations, assisting hosts, expos, and bussers
- Complete shift tasks according to restaurant needs
