Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience preferred
- knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation

Job Duties
- assist in the training and development of new team members
- cooperate, communicate and work as a team
- handle cash and credit card transactions properly
- practice responsible selling and service of alcohol
- accept and facilitate To-Go orders
- ensure security of bar products and lock-up procedures
- maintain professional image and uniform standards
- high visibility and frequent guest contact
- inquire about guest dining experience and involve management when necessary
- thank guests sincerely
- maintain food and beverage knowledge
- prepare beverages according to recipe
- ensure stock levels meet specified amounts
- use standard recipes and methods
- implement ongoing and new promotions
- ensure cleanliness according to health standards
- practice food safety and hygiene
- follow labeling, dating, rotation and shelf-life standards
- adhere to cleaning schedules
- maintain bar equipment
