Job Requirements
- Ability to attend work as scheduled including holidays and weekends
- food handler's card and Class 12 Alcohol Permit as required by local and state regulations

Job Duties
- Identify and deliver exceptional service by greeting and serving guests
- be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products
- inform guests of daily specials
- mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- prepare alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
- check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
- treat all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction and always strive to exceed guests expectations
- roll silverware, set up food stations or dining areas for next shift or large parties
- clean behind the bar and bar area prior to end of shift by sweeping, mopping, and following checklist for opening and closing workstation
