Job Requirements

Ability to attend work as scheduled including holidays and weekends
food handler's card and Class 12 Alcohol Permit as required by local and state regulations
minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role
ability to communicate clearly and professionally
basic math and written communication skills
ability to work flexible schedules
must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Identify and deliver exceptional service by greeting and serving guests
be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products
inform guests of daily specials
mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
prepare alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
treat all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction and always strive to exceed guests expectations
roll silverware, set up food stations or dining areas for next shift or large parties
clean behind the bar and bar area prior to end of shift by sweeping, mopping, and following checklist for opening and closing workstation
