Job Requirements

  • food handler's card and Class 12 Alcohol Permit as required by local and state regulations

Job Duties

  • Identify and deliver exceptional service by greeting and serving guests
  • be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products
  • inform guests of daily specials
  • mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • prepare alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
  • check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
  • treat all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction and always strive to exceed guests expectations
  • roll silverware, set up food stations or dining areas for next shift or large parties
  • clean behind the bar and bar area prior to end of shift by sweeping, mopping, and following checklist for opening and closing workstation
