Job Requirements
- Must be able to frequently sit, stand, bend, kneel, walk and crouch
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects
- state required alcohol seller server certification
- previous cash handling experience
- willingness to comply with all state and local liquor laws

Job Duties
- Mix and serve drinks to customers
- assist servers to meet customers needs
- maintain and abide by all state and local liquor laws
- responsible for inventory and assistance with ordering when needed
- maintain a positive, cheerful and friendly demeanor with customers and co workers
- assess member/guest needs and preferences and make recommendations
- check member/guest identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- prepare drink orders according to specified recipes using measuring systems
- issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles
- attend to tables in the dining area
- stay guest focused and nurture an excellent experience
- comply with all food and beverage regulations
- set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools
- prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- restock bar with liquor and supplies
- transport supplies to bar set up area
- wash soiled glassware
- remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area
- anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- process all payment methods
- count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank
- secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
- complete closing duties
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
- plan and present bar menu
- restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- perform other duties as requested
