6 months to 1 year of bartending experience
meet state minimum age to serve alcohol
passion for excellence
great moral compass

Job Qualifications

6 months to 1 year of bartending experience
strong communication and customer service skills
ability to listen and understand resident preferences
knowledge of beverage preparation and cocktail recipes
ability to work collaboratively with dining room staff
meet state minimum age to serve alcohol

Job Duties

perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner
greet and escort residents in the bar area and assist as needed
read and listen to residents to determine beverage preferences, make recommendations, and take drink orders
plan drink menus and inform residents about new beverages and specials
select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to residents
take inventory and order supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked
adhere to all food safety and quality regulations
perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required by the supervisor
