Job Requirements

Be 21 years of age or older
Have 1-2 years of prior bartending experience
Have a positive energy, be ready to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player
Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests
Have a flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting

Job Qualifications

Have effective communication skills with managers, employees, and guests
Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and dietary restrictions

Job Duties

Create, prepare, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the restaurant's standard drink recipes while tending to bar patrons
Receive orders and serve food to guests dining at the bar
Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner and assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies in addition to required side work
Always remain educated on our menu offerings and respond promptly to any requests or questions about our menus, dietary restrictions and other restaurant functions and services
Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report all gratuities received to comply with the IRS standards of reporting income
