Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in high-volume fine dining or casual fine dining bartending
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Strong interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Compliance with health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending experience in high-volume fine dining or casual fine dining
Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid alcohol server certification preferred

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests to enhance their experience
Accurately handle cash and credit transactions
Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service staff to maintain smooth operations
