Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum one year bartending or related experience
legal age to serve alcohol
excellent interpersonal skills
ability to stand for long periods
availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
commitment to health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience preferred
strong knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology

Job Duties

Craft alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks according to company standards
guide guests through menus and provide beverage and food recommendations

promote guest satisfaction to encourage repeat visits
