Job Duties

  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service while mixing and serving drinks
  • Familiarize yourself with the menu and daily specials to inform and suggest options to members and guests
  • Take food and beverage orders and offer recommendations on dinner, dessert, and wine selections
  • Mix and serve drinks using proper techniques and service methods for various beverages
  • Participate in setting up and breaking down bars for events such as weddings, private dinners, and golf outings
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the shift
  • Engage positively with members, addressing their needs and creating a welcoming atmosphere
