Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age upon date of hire
- Ability to wipe down tables, pick up debris, and clean booth seats
- Must be able to transport plates, glasses, and trays minimum 30 times per shift
- Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Mobility and full range of movement during shift
- Able to lift glass racks, plate ware, cases of food and beverages up to 30 pounds
- Able to respond quickly in emergency situations
- Must be able to stand and exert fast paced mobility for up to six hours
- Good balance and ability to bend, kneel, and react swiftly

- Fast paced mobility between bar, dining room, and kitchen
- Responsible service of alcohol knowledge
- Experience with POS systems beneficial

Job Duties
- Mixes ingredients for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes
- Serves and pours wine, bottled beer, and draft beer in proper glassware
- Follows responsible service of alcohol laws and alerts management of intoxicated guests
- Interacts with bar and dining guests creating a friendly atmosphere
- Completes opening and closing side duties and checklists
- Serves food and drinks to bar and dining guests as needed
- Stocks bar supplies including juices, ice, alcohol, beer, and wine
- Maintains cleanliness of bar area including bar top, floor, and storage
- Handles guest transactions and processes payments
- Relays food orders to kitchen using POS system
- Participates in company initiatives like promotions and charitable programs
