- Minimum of two years bartending experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant, club or hotel
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- T.I.P.S. certification and sanitation certification is preferred
- Basic math skills

Job Duties
- Take orders from customers and waiters/waitresses
- Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- Conduct all transactions and document them on point of sale software, Infogenisis
- Stock products and maintain a clean sanitary workstation
- Perform all other duties as assigned
