Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience preferred
- strong customer service skills
- ability to follow recipes and prepare drinks accurately
- proficiency with POS systems
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and limited replenishment of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all beverages according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure the customer is well-served, offer drink refills, and clear any unused items
- promptly deliver and settle the bill, thank guests, and invite them to return
- follow all food safety standards
