Job Requirements

  • must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
  • ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending experience preferred
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to follow recipes and prepare drinks accurately
  • proficiency with POS systems
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and limited replenishment of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all beverages according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure the customer is well-served, offer drink refills, and clear any unused items
  • promptly deliver and settle the bill, thank guests, and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety standards
