Job Requirements
- Previous bartending experience
- Working knowledge of bar related beverages, spirits, wine and beer
- Working knowledge of the most common cocktails, mixed drinks and specialty drinks
- Alcohol server certification
- Ability to lift 20 lbs overhead
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to use point of sale system, computer, calculator, credit card machine
- Ability to work in high customer volume environment

Job Duties
- Mix, prepare, and serve drinks according to recipes approved by the Beverage Manager
- Issue checks for drinks served via electronic input system
- Maintain daily inventory of liquors, beers, wines and tobacco, including tracking drinks and liquors in greatest demand to ensure stock maintenance, stocking additional supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness in bar area including cleaning equipment and keeping glasses polished
