Job Requirements

  • Meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
  • Ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a bartender or in a customer service role preferred
  • Knowledge of standard drink recipes and bartending techniques
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest drink sales, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using proper glassware and garnishes
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Ensure customers receive attentive service, offer drink refills and clear any unused items
  • Deliver bills promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety regulations
