Job Requirements

Meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
Ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience as a bartender or in a customer service role preferred
Knowledge of standard drink recipes and bartending techniques
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Duties

Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
Suggest drink sales, appetizers, and desserts
Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using proper glassware and garnishes
Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
Ensure customers receive attentive service, offer drink refills and clear any unused items
Deliver bills promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
Follow all food safety regulations
