Job Requirements

WA Food Handler's Card and MAST
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Ability to navigate multiple service points
Strong knowledge of event set-up, execution, tear down and reset
Confidence in answering guest questions regarding the programming and offerings
Ability to work independently

Job Duties

Execute event set-up, service, and tear-down based on BEO standards
Prepare service areas ensuring accuracy of place settings and cleanliness of space
Provide food and beverage service
Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, event leads, and fellow team members
Anticipate guest needs and respond with grace, urgency, and care
Support logistics such as food and beverage restock, bussing, equipment reset
Ensure all service ware is cleared efficiently and discreetly throughout event duration
Support additional duties including bar, dish support, or event reset
