Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prepare drinks following standardized recipes
  • Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnish
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
  • Ensure guests are well attended to, offer drink refills and remove unused items
  • Deliver and close out bills timely, thank customers and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety regulations
