Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prepare drinks following standardized recipes
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Job Duties
- Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
- Ensure guests are well attended to, offer drink refills and remove unused items
- Deliver and close out bills timely, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
