Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor, and peers
- experience bartending in a hotel, restaurant, or club with fine dining experience strongly preferred
- must be able to perform the physical functions of the job including standing and walking up to 90 percent of the day
- may be required to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Job Duties
- prepares and serves beverages including cocktails, wine, and beer to residents and guests
- serves food to residents and guests
- maintains weekly inventory of beverages, bar items, and supplies
- submits list of needed items to Food and Beverage Director
- prepares garnishes for bar use
- maintains a neat and orderly appearance of the lounge, wine room, and work station at all times
- communicates resident and guest concerns to management
- assists in maintaining and achieving departmental sanitation standards and goals
- other duties as assigned including re-stocking, organizing bar items, various cleaning duties
