Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to prepare drinks according to standard recipes
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly when seated
- Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and perform limited restocking as needed
- Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standards using recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and correctly enter them into the POS system
- Ensure guests are well attended, offer drink refills and remove unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
