Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Ability to prepare drinks according to standard recipes
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and perform limited restocking as needed
  • Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standards using recipes, glassware, and garnishes
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and correctly enter them into the POS system
  • Ensure guests are well attended, offer drink refills and remove unused items
  • Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety regulations
