Job Duties

Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
Prepare all drinks according to standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
Ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
Deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
Follow all food safety regulations
