Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capable of standing for a shift ranging from 8 to 12 hours
- Teamwork skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending or customer service experience
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation
- Ability to work flexible hours
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly when seated
- Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
- Replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert pairings
- Make all drinks according to standard recipes using proper glassware and garnishes
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
- Ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and clear unused items
- Deliver and settle checks promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety rules
