Job Requirements

Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capable of standing for a shift ranging from 8 to 12 hours
Teamwork skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending or customer service experience
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation
Ability to work flexible hours
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Greet customers warmly when seated
Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
Replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
Suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert pairings
Make all drinks according to standard recipes using proper glassware and garnishes
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
Ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and clear unused items
Deliver and settle checks promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
Follow all food safety rules
