Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a bartender or in a customer service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work well in a team
Knowledge of drink preparation and bar safety standards
Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
Suggest and promote the sale of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using proper glassware and garnishes
Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
Ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and remove any unused items
Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
Follow all food safety regulations
