Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum one month related experience preferred
state-mandated beverage service certificate if required by state
ability to stand for extended periods
availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Greet customers within 30 seconds with a warm, friendly greeting
make specific food and beverage suggestions for all courses
prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures
conduct wine service
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
ensure compliance with all state-mandated beverage service regulations
collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest experiences
