Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and health regulations
- Good customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending or beverage service experience preferred
- Knowledge of drink mixing and garnishing techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to maintain attention to detail and cleanliness
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Craft each alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage with excellence for guests
- Prepare the bar for service by restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
- Adhere to and comply with all state and local liquor laws
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Be a true team player and support other front-of-house positions as needed
- Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
