Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
strong teamworking skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
excellent communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
strong attention to detail
ability to multitask effectively
teamwork oriented

Job Duties

Welcome guests with a smile when seated
prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and clear unused items
deliver and settle bills promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
follow all food safety regulations
