  • Ability to create unique and innovative cocktails while maintaining consistency and quality

  • Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations related to the sale and service of alcohol

Job Duties

  • Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, including signature cocktails, with precision and flair
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar station, including stocking and replenishing bar supplies
  • Prepare garnishes, fresh ingredients, and house-made syrups for cocktails
  • Educate guests about our cocktails and provide information about our Tex-Mex cuisine
  • Handle cash and process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol
