Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations related to the sale and service of alcohol
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment

Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
Ability to create unique and innovative cocktails while maintaining consistency and quality

Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations related to the sale and service of alcohol

Job Duties

Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, including signature cocktails, with precision and flair
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations
Maintain a clean and organized bar station, including stocking and replenishing bar supplies
Prepare garnishes, fresh ingredients, and house-made syrups for cocktails
Educate guests about our cocktails and provide information about our Tex-Mex cuisine
Handle cash and process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol
