Job Requirements

Minimum age 21 for alcohol service
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail
Good physical stamina
Ability to multitask and handle high volume
Valid work authorization
Willingness to comply with health and safety policies

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience preferred
Strong knowledge of cocktails and mixology
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Handcraft imaginative cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks to company standards
Serve guests responsibly and ensure attentive service
Guide guests through menus and provide beverage and food recommendations
Take accurate orders and ensure order accuracy
Maintain a clean, stocked, and sanitary bar area
Build guest relationships to encourage repeat visits
Adhere to health and safety standards for team members and guests
