Job Requirements

Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
ability to work collaboratively within a team
attention to detail and multitasking skills
willingness to comply with food safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous bartending or customer service experience an advantage
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of food safety standards and best practices

Job Duties

Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and restocking needed beverages, mixers, and garnishes
suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using appropriate glassware and garnishes
take accurate food and drink orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
ensure customers are well attended to by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
deliver and settle customer bills in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
follow all food safety regulations
