Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- ability to work collaboratively within a team
- attention to detail and multitasking skills
- willingness to comply with food safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous bartending or customer service experience an advantage
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and restocking needed beverages, mixers, and garnishes
- suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
- prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using appropriate glassware and garnishes
- take accurate food and drink orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
- ensure customers are well attended to by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
- deliver and settle customer bills in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
