Job Requirements

  • Previous experience preferred
  • A current required state alcohol-server license such as TABC TIPS or ABLE
  • Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs
  • Must be able to lift push pull or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to bend stretch twist or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience preferred
  • A current required state alcohol-server license such as TABC TIPS or ABLE
  • Knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner ensuring a welcoming environment
  • Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy's recipes maintaining quality and consistency
  • Learn the menu and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience
  • Provide prompt and efficient service handling orders accurately and ensuring guests have what they need
  • Keep the bar area clean and organized restocking supplies as needed and adhering to all safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
