Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend reach squat and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
basic knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
dependable and punctual
ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Job Duties

Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock beverages mixes and garnishes as needed
suggest sales of drinks appetizers and desserts
prepare all drinks to standard using recipe glassware and garnish
accurately take food and beverage orders and correctly enter them into the POS system
ensure customer is well attended offer drink refills and clear away unwanted items
deliver and settle the check promptly thank guests and invite them to return
follow all food safety regulations
