Job Requirements

  • Minimum legal age to work and authorization to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
  • attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • ability to work cooperatively within a team

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending or relevant customer service experience
  • knowledge of drink recipes and preparation standards
  • ability to operate POS systems accurately

Job Duties

  • Welcoming customers and greeting them with a smile when seated
  • preparing the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and restocking beverages, mixers, and garnishes as needed
  • suggesting sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • preparing all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
  • accurately taking food and drink orders and entering them correctly into the POS system
  • ensuring customers are well attended by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
  • delivering and settling the bill timely, thanking customers and inviting them to return
  • following all food safety regulations
