Job Requirements

Be of legal age to serve alcohol according to state law
Able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location
Capable of performing simple mathematical calculations and handling money
Ability to remain stationary for long periods of time and handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds
Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Effective communication skills with guests
Commitment to quality guest experience
Ability to memorize floor charts, table numbers, and steps of service
Adherence to uniform guidelines
Display integrity and honesty
Maintain self-composure and professionalism under pressure

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending or related experience preferred
Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
Familiarity with standard drink recipes and mixology
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Friendly and outgoing personality
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Greet customers and learn their preferences
Answer questions and recommend menu items
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with company standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Manage running and closing side work as assigned by management
Accept guest payments and process credit card charges
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
