Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in bartending or related hospitality role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must be able to stand and move for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Legal age to serve alcohol according to state laws
- Commitment to uphold safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptionally distinctive dining experience by crafting every alcoholic and nonalcoholic drink to company standards
- Serve guests responsibly and guide them through menus providing beverage and food recommendations
- Take accurate orders and provide friendly, attentive service to build guest loyalty
- Maintain a stocked and clean bar area
- Uphold health and safety standards including sanitation and team member wellness
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations
