Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to effectively communicate with others
Commitment to making an impact
Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to four hours
Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to transport plates, glasses, and baskets about 30 times per shift
Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
Ability to wear protective hand coverings throughout entire shift
Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout entire shift
Ability to wear protective face coverings and/or masks throughout entire shift
Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
Availability to work flexible schedules

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old per state law
Effective communication skills
Friendly and personable attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service skills
Team player
Previous bartending experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

Mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Deliver the best drinks possible in collaboration with servers
Maintain a friendly and welcoming attitude towards staff and customers
Follow established standards for drink preparation
Create a great bar experience for all patrons
Communicate effectively with team members
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
