Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior bartending or hospitality experience preferred
  • ability to mix a wide variety of drinks
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work flexibly with varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • basic math skills for cash handling
  • ability to obtain necessary certifications
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Open and close the hotel bar following company policies and procedures
  • maintain the food prep and bar area in a clean, organized manner
  • mix a wide variety of drinks
  • operate bar-related equipment including cash register, dishwashers, speed batch ovens, and microwave
  • provide excellent customer service and assist guests
  • manage supplies necessary for cocktail preparation
  • respond to guest inquiries about hotel, local area, and events
