Job Requirements
- Ability to take written and verbal direction in English

- Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to mix a variety of drinks
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle cash and operate bar equipment
Job Duties
- Open and close the hotel bar following company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, well-organized bar and food preparation area
- Serve and assist guests with drink orders and general inquiries
- Prepare a wide range of mixed drinks according to standard recipes
- Operate bar machines and equipment including cash register and dishwashers
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ensure compliance with all required certifications and safety standards
