Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- must possess a valid Indiana Server Liquor License
- must have completed Indiana Excise training courses
- must pass a background check
- must be able to lift 30 pounds
- must be able to stand for long periods
- must have basic working knowledge of concession/cafeteria operations
- must have ability to follow directions and perform work effectively

- must possess a valid Indiana Server Liquor License and certificate of completion for Indiana Excise training courses
- must pass background check and credit screening
Job Duties
- Stock, prepare and serve alcoholic drinks to patrons at bars, concession stands, and beer trailers
- Read Banquet Event Orders and complete bar set-up accurately
- Set bar stations in assigned areas uniformly
- Maintain neat and clean bar stations while servicing guests
- Accurately account for all bar stock, including opening and closing inventories and waste/spoilage records
- Monitor, control, and restock bar stock in liquor control rooms
- Greet and serve guests following established beverage service policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory records on the assigned bar
- Operate Point of Sale system efficiently
- Perform assigned location worker duties
- Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work areas
- Plan daily sales flow based on event projections
- Organize cashier paperwork including physical inventory sheets
- Verify proper pricing on beverage menus
- Follow all Food and Beverage department rules and regulations
- Work varied shifts including days, nights, weekdays, and weekends
- Perform other duties as assigned
