Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
must possess a valid Indiana Server Liquor License
must have completed Indiana Excise training courses
must pass a background check
must be able to lift 30 pounds
must be able to stand for long periods
must have basic working knowledge of concession/cafeteria operations
must have ability to follow directions and perform work effectively

must pass background check and credit screening

Job Duties

Stock, prepare and serve alcoholic drinks to patrons at bars, concession stands, and beer trailers
Read Banquet Event Orders and complete bar set-up accurately
Set bar stations in assigned areas uniformly
Maintain neat and clean bar stations while servicing guests
Accurately account for all bar stock, including opening and closing inventories and waste/spoilage records
Monitor, control, and restock bar stock in liquor control rooms
Greet and serve guests following established beverage service policies and procedures
Maintain accurate inventory records on the assigned bar
Operate Point of Sale system efficiently
Perform assigned location worker duties
Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work areas
Plan daily sales flow based on event projections
Organize cashier paperwork including physical inventory sheets
Verify proper pricing on beverage menus
Follow all Food and Beverage department rules and regulations
Work varied shifts including days, nights, weekdays, and weekends
Perform other duties as assigned
