Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years of age
ability to work days, nights and/or weekends
ability to work in environments with hot and cold temperatures
ability to work in noisy, fast-paced, distracting conditions
ability to read and write handwritten notes
ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
frequent reaching, bending, stooping, mopping, sweeping and wiping
adherence to company dress code and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
ability to operate point-of-sale systems
effective communication skills
ability to read and communicate in English

Job Duties

deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
keep supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members
adhere to sanitation procedures
maintain responsibility for personal bank and financial transactions
follow alcohol awareness procedures
assess guest demeanor and report concerns
follow bar recipes to control costs and ensure consistency
keep station clean and set up appropriately
greet guests in a timely manner
accurately take and enter guests' food and drink orders
maintain thorough menu knowledge
complete station side work and proper cash handling
deliver food and drinks to designated areas
work efficiently following the "full hands in, full hands out" philosophy
participate in incentives and contests
complete bar inventories and requisition sheets
complete opening and closing duties
assist in party setup and breakdown
assist other team members as needed
buss and reset tables
ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back and maintaining drink levels
maintain favorable working relationships with team members
listen and communicate effectively with guests and team members
demonstrate friendliness and professionalism
