Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to adhere to the company attendance and punctuality policies
  • Must be able to follow safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work in an on-call, as needed capacity
  • Must comply with the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
  • Legal age to serve alcohol and comply with alcohol service laws

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to perform each essential function satisfactorily
  • Knowledge of company policies and guest service procedures
  • Ability to stand and walk for 100% of the time
  • Ability to lift occasionally up to 40 lbs and frequently up to 20 lbs
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well with others and assist team members as needed

Job Duties

  • Serving food and beverages to guests following company policies and procedures
  • Complete understanding of the menu and drink recipes to ensure excellent guest service
  • Proper service of alcohol including requesting I.D. and intoxication procedures
  • Proper use of the POS system and cash/tip handling
  • Comprehension of the wine list and pairing with menu items
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory listing
  • Pouring drinks at proper levels and limiting waste and ensuring all beverages go on the guest check
