Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with computer-based POS systems (Micros experience preferred)
  • Solid working knowledge of classic cocktail preparation, beer, and wine
  • Must be over 21 years old
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Hold a current TAPs card
  • Hold an Anchorage Food Handler card
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work any shift as needed
  • Passion for beer and desire to learn about the entire lineup

Job Duties

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience with your outstanding service and friendly demeanor
  • Master drink preparation, including cocktails, shots, and our full beer and wine list
  • Process orders and payments accurately using our Toast POS system
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar, performing routine setup and cleanup tasks
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth service and a great atmosphere
