Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior bartending experience
- Valid permit to serve alcohol as required by the state
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment effectively and efficiently
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and beverage service
- Good physical condition to perform duties including standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 pounds
- Authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Ruth's Chris Steak House specifications
- Observe guests to ensure satisfaction with food, beverages, and service
- Comply with all state and local liquor laws and restaurant policies
- Set up and maintain the bar, including cleaning, stocking, checking inventory, and preparing recipes
- Use point-of-sale system to ring food and beverage orders and handle cash and credit transactions
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Foster a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with staff and guests
