Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years of age
work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
work in environments with both hot and cold temperatures
read and write handwritten notes
lift and carry up to 30 pounds
move about facility and stand for long periods of time
walk or stand 100% of shift
reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
skilled in effectively communicating with guests
able to read and communicate in English
friendly and able to smile frequently
able to operate Micros system
understands menu items and preparation
adheres to dress code requirements
ability to work in a noisy, fast paced environment

Job Duties

deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters
create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
adhere to company's sanitation procedures
maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure all financial transactions are accurate
follow alcohol awareness procedures
assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
follow all bar recipes to deliver a consistent product
keep station clean, set up and take down station tables appropriately
