Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • ability to work cooperatively in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior bartending or serving experience preferred
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard recipe using proper glassware and garnishes
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure the guest is well served by offering drink refills and clearing any unused items
  • deliver and settle guests checks promptly, thank guests and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety standards
