Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
ability to work cooperatively in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
prior bartending or serving experience preferred
excellent customer service and communication skills
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
basic math skills for handling transactions
ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail

Job Duties

Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
prepare all drinks according to standard recipe using proper glassware and garnishes
accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
ensure the guest is well served by offering drink refills and clearing any unused items
deliver and settle guests checks promptly, thank guests and invite them to return
follow all food safety standards
