Job Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending and food and beverage service
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and indoors/outdoors
- Familiarity with bar beverages, spirits, wines, and beers
- Knowledge of common cocktails and specialty drinks
- Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role and maintain professionalism at all times
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience
- Previous food and beverage experience
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Working knowledge of various spirits, wines, and beers
- Knowledge of common cocktails, mixed drinks, and specialty drinks
- Alcohol and food safety awareness certification
- Excellent communication skills with clear and articulate speech
- Ability to follow instructions effectively
Job Duties
- Prepare bar set-up at the start of shifts including bottles, garnish trays, juices, glassware, and ice bin
- Consistently maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Manage liquor control with accurate pouring and inventory awareness
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of available liquors, beer, wines, and daily menu specials
- Assist with serving food and beverages to Members and guests at the bar
- Execute Member and guest orders accurately and promptly
- Know and greet Members by name with a warm and friendly welcome
