Knowledgeable about the menu and prepared to input food orders for guests in addition to drink orders
Must be 21 years of age
Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of guests
Hard worker who pays attention to detail

Vast knowledge of many cocktail mixes and recipes

Job Duties

Maintain security of all money and liquor behind the bar
Keep the bar clean, organized, and orderly from the guest's perspective
Greet guests immediately with an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
Take orders and serve beverages promptly
Use suggestive selling techniques and thorough product knowledge
Monitor cocktail service to ensure all guests receive necessary attention and proper service
Make positive and warm first impressions to create a hospitable environment
