Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending or customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Team player with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to the standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and correctly enter them into the POS system
  • Ensure the customer is being well attended, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
  • Deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety rules
