Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Team player with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively
Job Duties
- Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to the standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and drink orders and correctly enter them into the POS system
- Ensure the customer is being well attended, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety rules
