Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Ability to obtain Tips and Food Handler cards within 30 days
  • Physical capability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods without assistance
  • Proficient English reading and writing skills
  • Ability to perform manual dexterity tasks including grasping, writing, and repetitive motions
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Three years restaurant experience or two years bartending in a similar establishment
  • Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and food
  • Good attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
  • Proficient in reading and writing English
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Willingness to obtain Tips and Food Handler cards within 30 days of employment
  • Physical ability to bend, stoop, squat, stretch, lift up to 50 pounds, walk and stand for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity including grasping, writing, and repetitive motions required for bartending tasks

Job Duties

  • Interact one-on-one with guests and take orders
  • Make cocktails utilizing company service standards
  • Maintain an issued cash bank throughout the shift
  • Market self and establishment through social media and staff outings
  • Support company goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values
  • Follow Food and Beverage sequence of service using standardized procedures
  • Exhibit proper knowledge, selling techniques, and service delivery of beverages and menu items
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the bar
  • Anticipate guests' needs and respond appropriately with urgency
  • Clean equipment, tools, and supplies
  • Communicate effectively with management, servers, and service staff to address guest and staff needs
