Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old per state law
ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
ability to wear protective hand coverings and face coverings throughout shift
ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
prior bartending experience preferred
ability to effectively communicate with others
knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
strong interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Job Duties

Mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
provide friendly and engaging customer service to both staff and patrons
maintain a clean and organized bar area
create a welcoming and enjoyable bar experience
adhere to safety and hygiene protocols
communicate effectively with team members and customers
support servers by timely preparation and delivery of drinks
